Her left the Factory in 1942 to join the R.A.F. after working there for 4 years in Department 405.

John died on Tuesday 23rd November 1943 and he is buried in the RHEINBERG WAR CEMETERY

His brother in law Stanley Dorrell was piloting the plane on which John Harvey was serving when it was reported missing, he was aged 20.
